I'm a normal bloke in his late thirties that wants to lose a bit of weight. I go through phases of dieting, exercising and losing weight. I want to try and establish a routine that will keep me healthy for life.
I detail the reality of being an ordinary overweight man on a journey to lose a little bit of weight. I'm not going from beach ball to bikini body, but I'm hoping to lose a few pounds in 2024.
